Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for the use of the web service "TikLooper" provided by Netwiz LLC. Users agree to these terms by using the service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The service is a free web application that allows users to loop specific sections of TikTok videos (A-B loop) and compare two videos side by side in sync. The company may modify or discontinue the service without advance notice.
Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)
Users cannot engage in activities that violate laws, infringe on rights, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or other inappropriate actions.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners. TikTok video copyrights belong to original rights holders, and users must comply with TikTok's terms of service.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or changes to the Service.
Article 6 (Data Handling)
Loop settings are stored locally in browser storage (localStorage) with no server-side personal data retention. The company is not responsible for data loss from browser clearing.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
Terms may change without notice; revised versions take effect upon posting.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, with Tokyo District Court having exclusive jurisdiction.
